SHIPPING POLICY

1.           Processing Orders

If you have placed an order with Elegant Living Solutions – firstly – THANKYOU for supporting our small business!!!

We aim to process and ship all orders within 24-48 hours.

Christmas Deliveries

Please expect some delays in the weeks leading up to Christmas based on increased freight volumes.  Please keep this in mind and finalise any orders well in advance of the Christmas period to avoid disappointment, as we cannot guarantee your order will be delivered in the normal timeframes.

2.           SHIPPING

All orders are sent from Elegant Living Solutions head office in Brisbane, Australia. 

You will receive an order confirmation after your order is submitted. Please ensure to use the correct email address when you fill in your details.

If you wish to cancel or alter your order, please contact us immediately after placing the order and we will try our best to assist. However please keep in mind that your order may already be packed and shipped and it may not be possible to make any changes.

You will be provided a tracking number via email once your order has been received by our courier.

Australian Orders

All Australian orders are sent by courier (Aramex, Fedex, TNT or Allied Express).  Shipping times provided by each courier are a guideline and subject to change based on weather events, order volumes or other delivery issues and unforeseen and unavoidable events that are beyond our control.

We often run specials where we offer FREE shipping for certain volumes of Elegant Edging so please keep an eye out for these. 

The standard cost of shipping on our orders is based on weight and

 is charged as follows:

·       Minimum of $30.00 for a single order;

·       $30.00 for each 25kg or part thereof.

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

You parcel will be left at your address.  No signature is required.

International Orders

Elegant Living Solutions does not currently offer shipping outside of Australia.

This Policy is to be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and applies to all purchases made through our website, over the phone or via email.
